Task priorities and SLA

Overview
Not all tasks are equal. R+1 assigns a priority based on potential profit impact and urgency so you can allocate resources wisely.

Priority levels

• High, Medium and Low

Tip
Filter the Tasks list by priority chips to focus on High first, then Medium, ensuring you never miss critical opportunities. The Pending Approval tab will always show urgent tasks first so you don't have to worry about priority.
