Edit or deactivate a branch

Overview
Store names sometimes change and locations occasionally close. Deactivating instead of deleting preserves history while stopping new tasks.

Step by step

  1. In Branches, click the row or three dot menu of the branch you want to edit.

  2. Update any field or toggle the Deactivate switch, then click Save.

  3. Confirm your choice in the dialog. Deactivated branches show a strikethrough name and no longer receive tasks.

Tip
If you reopen a location, simply toggle Activate to resume task generation with full history intact.
